Terms of Service
제1조 (목적 · Purpose)
본 약관은 와쯔홈(WAZZHOME, 이하 “서비스”)이 제공하는 임대 매물 정보 및 다국어 지원 도구의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 서비스의 권리·의무를 규정합니다. 와쯔홈은 한국에서 집을 구하는 외국인을 위한 다국어 임대차 지원 플랫폼으로, 울산 동구에서 시작해 외국인 밀집 산업도시로 확장합니다.
These Terms govern use of the rental listings and multilingual support tools provided by WAZZHOME (the “Service”), a multilingual rental support platform for foreigners looking for a home in Korea, starting in Dong-gu, Ulsan and expanding to other industrial cities with large foreign populations.
제2조 (서비스 내용 · What we provide)
와쯔홈은 임대 매물 목록 게시와 함께 다음의 다국어 도구를 제공합니다: 매물 정보 번역, 계약서 참고 번역, 담당 공인중개사와의 실시간 양방향 번역 채팅, 방문 예약 안내, 저장 검색 기반 신규 매물 알림. 이 도구들은 이해를 돕기 위한 보조 수단입니다.
WAZZHOME lists rental properties and provides multilingual tools: listing translation, contract reference translations, real-time two-way translated chat with the responsible licensed agent, visit-booking notices, and alerts for new listings matching saved searches. These tools are convenience aids.
제3조 (계약 당사자 아님 · Not a party to any lease)
와쯔홈은 임대차 계약의 당사자가 아닙니다. 법적 계약은 임대인과 임차인(및 자격을 갖춘 공인중개사) 사이에서 체결됩니다. 와쯔홈은 계약의 내용, 체결, 이행, 결과에 대하여 어떠한 법적 책임도 지지 않으며, 당사자 간의 분쟁에 관여하지 않습니다.
WAZZHOME is not a party to any lease. The legal contract is between the landlord and tenant (and a licensed 공인중개사 / real-estate agent). WAZZHOME bears no legal responsibility for the content, conclusion, performance, or outcome of any contract.
제4조 (번역의 한계 · Translations are reference only)
서비스가 제공하는 모든 번역(매물, 계약서, 문의 포함)은 참고용 보조 자료이며 법적 효력을 갖지 않습니다. 번역의 정확성이 보장되지 않으며, 원본 한국어 문서가 항상 우선합니다. 중요한 결정 전에는 반드시 원문과 전문가의 확인을 받으시기 바랍니다.
All translations (listings, contracts, inquiries, chatbot answers) are reference aids without legal effect. Accuracy is not guaranteed and the original Korean document always governs. Always confirm the original text with a professional before making decisions.
제5조 (계정 · Accounts)
이용자는 Google 또는 Kakao 소셜 로그인(OAuth)을 통해 가입합니다. 이용자는 본인 계정 정보의 정확성을 유지하고, 계정 보안에 대한 책임을 집니다.
Users sign in via Google or Kakao OAuth and are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure.
제6조 (이용자의 의무 · User obligations)
이용자는 허위 정보 게시, 타인의 권리 침해, 서비스의 부정 이용 등 관련 법령과 본 약관에 위배되는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
Users must not post false information, infringe on the rights of others, or misuse the Service in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
제7조 (책임의 제한 · Limitation of liability)
와쯔홈은 매물 정보의 정확성, 거래의 성사, 번역의 정확성을 보증하지 않으며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
To the extent permitted by law, WAZZHOME does not warrant the accuracy of listings, the completion of transactions, or the accuracy of translations, and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
제8조 (약관의 변경 · Changes)
와쯔홈은 관련 법령에 따라 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 내에 공지합니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
WAZZHOME may amend these Terms and will announce changes within the Service. Handling of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
