와쯔홈(WAZZHOME)은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 수집·이용합니다. 본 방침은 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고, 누구와 공유하며, 이용자가 어떤 권리를 갖는지 설명합니다.

WAZZHOME collects and uses only the minimum information needed to provide the Service. This policy explains what we collect, why, with whom we share it, and your rights.

2. 수집하는 정보 · Data we collect

• 계정 프로필: Google/Kakao 로그인에서 받은 이름·이메일 (Account profile: name and email from OAuth)
• 전화번호: 방문 예약 안내, 계약 진행 연락, 저장 검색 신규 매물 알림 발송용 (Phone number: visit-booking notices, contract follow-up, and saved-search new-listing alerts)
• 문의·채팅 메시지 내용 및 번역본 (Inquiry and chat messages, and their translations)
• 관심 매물(즐겨찾기) (Favorites)
• 최근 본 매물: 이용자 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않음 (Recently-viewed: stored locally on your device only)

3. 이용 목적 · How we use it

수집한 정보는 회원 인증, 문의·실시간 번역 채팅 제공, 담당 공인중개사에 대한 문의 전달, 방문 예약 안내, 저장 검색에 부합하는 신규 매물 알림, 다국어 번역 제공 목적으로만 이용됩니다.

We use your data for authentication, providing inquiries and real-time translated chat, delivering inquiries to the responsible licensed agent, visit-booking notices, new-listing alerts for saved searches, and translation and chatbot answers.

4. 처리 위탁 · Third-party processors

서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 문의 및 채팅 텍스트는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 처리자에게 전송될 수 있습니다.

• Supabase — 인증 및 데이터베이스 호스팅 (authentication and database hosting)
• SOLAPI — 방문 예약 안내, 담당 공인중개사에 대한 문의 알림, 저장 검색 신규 매물 알림 등 알림 문자 발송 (SOLAPI — notification SMS: visit bookings, inquiry alerts to the responsible agent, saved-search alerts)
• Anthropic Claude — 메시지·계약서·문의 번역, 입주/퇴거 사진 상태 분석 (translation of messages, contracts and inquiries; move-in/out photo condition analysis)

Inquiry and chat text may be sent to these processors to provide the Service.

5. 이용자의 권리 · Your rights

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제를 요청하고, 동의를 철회하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 운영 이메일로 접수됩니다.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and delete your account at any time via the contact email below.

6. 보관 및 파기 · Retention

개인정보는 계정이 활성 상태인 동안 보관되며, 계정 삭제 시 파기됩니다. 다만 관련 법령이 보관을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 예외적으로 보관합니다.

Data is kept while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion, except where the law requires longer retention.

7. 방침의 변경 · Changes

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 서비스 내에 공지합니다.

Any changes to this policy will be announced within the Service.
