No parties or extra overnight guests
Parties, and letting people who aren't on the lease live or sleep over regularly, are not allowed. In a one-room, sound carries straight to neighbors.

Recycling & pay-as-you-throw bags
General trash must go in the paid 종량제 bag; separate cans, bottles, plastic and paper for recycling. Ignoring the set day/place can bring a fine.

Keep shared spaces clean
Don't leave shoes, trash or bikes in hallways, stairs or the entrance. Shared spaces are for everyone and are fire/safety exits.

Check smoking & pet rules
Indoor smoking causes serious smell/fire disputes. For pets, always confirm whether they're allowed in your contract and the building rules.

⚠️ Repeated violations can end your lease
If problem behavior (noise, parties, trash…) keeps happening, the landlord can terminate the lease and ask you to move out — and losses may be deducted from your deposit. Please be a respectful neighbor.
